The railway running from Rimini to San Marino remained active from 1932 to 1944, when it was heavily bombed during WWII.

The train was originally towed by a railcar and featured two carriages painted in white and blue (the colours of San Marino coat of arms and flag).

Nowadays, track sections are still visible after the partial restoration for tourist purposes in 2012.

The AB 03 railcar can be visited in Valdragone, it lays on the restored railroad track between the old train terminal and the tunnel called Galleria Montale, the last one before the old station.

Here you can feel the excitement of walking on the ancient rails and you can take original photographs.

Plus, in a room near the Public Palace, you can admire a plastic of the railway original route.
